1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

  • Selected international destinations

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply.

  • Swimvanta is not liable for delays or additional charges caused by customs processes.


6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit:

  • Contact our support team at info@swimvanta.shop with your order number.

  • We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and assist in locating or replacing your package.


7. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

  • Refunds for such cases (if applicable) will exclude original shipping charges.


8. Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

  • Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to make modifications.


9. Damaged Items During Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not discard the packaging or item.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at info@swimvanta.shop.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
