Refund & Return Policy

At Swimvanta, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before making a return or requesting a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear that has been worn or tried on without protective hygiene liners.

  • Goggles, snorkel masks, or other personal-use accessories once opened.

  • Gift cards or sale items (unless defective).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@swimvanta.shop with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want to replace an item, please return the original one for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at info@swimvanta.shop with your order details and photos.
We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you still haven’t received it after 10 business days, email us at info@swimvanta.shop.
